Founder, President and CEO
Oliver Alabaster, M.D., F.R.C.P.
Clinical Professor of Medicine
George Washington University
Washington D.C.

Oliver Alabaster was educated at St. Edwards School in Oxford and at the University of London. In 1999, he founded DietFit, Inc., after spending more than 20 years conducting scientific research at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland and at George Washington University in Washington D.C.

Dr. Alabaster's early career was in cancer research, but in the early 1980s he became interested in the relationship between diet and health, and in the mid 1980s founded the Institute for Disease Prevention. In 1985 he wrote What You Can Do to Prevent Cancer (Simon & Schuster), which later came to define the mission of the Cancer Research Foundation of America: an organization in which he became Vice-Chairman and Scientific Director, and in which he still serves on the Board as a Founding Director.

During 1994-1995, Dr. Alabaster developed a prize-winning multimedia software program for children on behalf of the Cancer Research Foundation of America called Dr. Health'nstein's BODY FUN, which is presently being used as an adjunct to nutrition education in many State school systems. Out of this experience he then conceived of an entirely new approach to diet management that is at the core of the new and revolutionary Easy DietFit SystemTM -- and its unique Food Intelligence TechnologyTM.

Dr. Alabaster has published numerous scientific papers in oncology and in nutritional carcinogenesis, and has presented his work at many national and international scientific meetings. He also has been a frequent guest on radio and television programs across America and internationally, including Larry King Live and the Diane Rehm Show.
